Microwave: cover the omelette with the microwave lid and heat at max power for 3 minutes. Oven: heat the omelette on the tray at a temperature of 180ºC-200ºC for 5 minutes. Frying pan: put the omelette in the frying pan, covering it for 2 minutes either side on a low heat.
