Founded in 2014 and based in Sant Quirze del Vallès, Pastry Factory is a company that produces handmade frozen confectionery.

With over 37 varieties and traditional recipes, Pastry Factory confectionery is renowned for being flavourful, produced by hand and a colourful aesthetic.

Pastry Factory produces cakes, truffles and éclairs, among some 90 different types of confectionery.
